ABOUT

Capstone Entertainment Group is a film development, finance, and production company created by Eric Keith and David Huffman, two artists with a passion for great film. We pursue films of all kinds but focus on those that fit into a specific genre. We have the unique ability to collaborate with writers and filmmakers to create the highest quality material that stands out from the rest. Our devotion to our projects, and to film, is the driving force that keeps us working to create fun, engaging entertainment.

 

Eric Keith serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Member, and Producer for Capstone Entertainment Group LLC and Capstone Film Group LLC.  Eric also serves as the Executive Director and President of the non-profit film and theatre organization Red Echo Group Inc.  He specializes in project development, packaging, and raising investment capital for feature film and entertainment projects. He began his career as an actor and was an Apprentice at the Actors Theatre of Louisville and appeared in several television series such as “ER” and “Six Feet Under.”  He has produced multiple feature films, including "Forget Me Not" (2009), "Jedi Junior High" (2014), "Girl" (2015), "Dorm Troopers" (2016), and short films "Fork" and "Rendezvous" (2015-2016 film festivals).

 

David Huffman has served as Writer, Producer, and Chief Creative Officer for Capstone Entertainment Group since 2004, discovering new projects, developing them into marketable properties, and overseeing creative across the entire filmmaking process. 

David specializes in collaborating with others to tell stories that are emotionally engaging and viable in the market place.  David’s writing credits include “Pools,” “Asphyxia,” “Bodo,” and "Oysters."  David is the Writer/Director of “Fork,” which depicts the tragic story of a ranch hand who resorts to murder to protect his family's ranch.

Eric and David began their partnership in 2004 and have produced multiple films and a television pilot together. Through their work with the non-profit organization Red Echo Group, they have made more than 70 short films with nearly 1,800 students and community participants, showing that the art of storytelling is universal.

In 2010, Roger Strong joined the Capstone team as a collaborator. Roger has been involved in the arts his entire life as a filmmaker, musician, writer, and performer. He currently serves as Writer, Producer, and Production Executive for Capstone Entertainment Group. He is the Writer/ Director for the short film, "Rendezvous," which paints a picture of an elderly man who is adjusting to life on his own.
