Capstone Entertainment is solidifying terms that could launch a 2015 production of Downcity, written and directed by Paul Hapenny. We're told that in four weeks we may be fully financed and ready to go. ...Now those of you who know us, know that there's no deal until the money is in the bank, but we wanted to let faithful followers know that a deal is in the works.
